What Is Roundtable?
Roundtable is a monthly planning and supplemental training session for unit-level leaders and volunteers. The objectives of roundtables are to provide leaders with program ideas; information on policy and events; and training opportunities.
It is a forum for sharing experiences and enjoying fun and fellowship with other Scout leaders. When skillfully executed, the roundtable experience will inspire, motivate, and enable unit leaders to provide a stronger program for their Scouts.
Parents are encouraged to come to any roundtable session to see the behind-the-scenes action of how Ponca City Scouters work hard to provide fun and exciting programming for our youth. Your ideas, volunteerism, and leadership are always welcomed!
